1. Returns for Products
If you purchased pest control items like sprays, baits, or traps from us:
Eligibility for Return
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
- Products labeled “non-returnable” at the time of sale

Contact our support team via phone or email. We'll guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup or drop-off based on your location.
2. Refunds for Services
We stand behind the quality of our pest control services across Rwanda.
Eligibility for Refund or Re-treatment
- Notify us within 48 hours if the pest issue persists after treatment
- A follow-up inspection will be arranged
- If we find the treatment was ineffective, we will either:
- Re-treat your space at no extra cost, or
- Offer a partial or full refund depending on the case
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If
- Aftercare instructions were not followed
- A new or unrelated infestation occurred
- The complaint is made outside the guarantee period
3. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method. Mobile money and bank timelines may vary slightly.
